Returns & Refunds policy

1. All Sales Final

Due to the immediate, downloadable nature of our digital products (including eBooks, PDFs, planners, and templates), all sales are final. Once a digital file has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be "returned." Therefore, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations.

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase.

2. Digital Delivery & Inspection

Upon successful payment, your digital goods will be delivered instantly via a download link on the checkout confirmation page and sent to the email address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate software (such as a standard PDF reader) to open and view the files.

3. Eligible Exceptions

While we strictly do not offer refunds for "buyer’s remorse," a misunderstanding of the product type, or failure to read the product description, we stand by the technical quality of our files. We will gladly issue a replacement file or a full refund only under the following circumstances:

• Defective Files: The downloaded file is corrupted, completely un-openable, or contains severe technical errors that our support team cannot fix.

• Duplicate Billing: You were accidentally charged twice for the exact same digital item in a single transaction.

• Non-Delivery: A platform technical failure prevented the delivery of your download link, and our support team is unable to manually verify and deliver the file to your provided email address.

To claim an exception, you must notify us within 7 days of purchase.

4. Physical Returns

Please do not send any physical items, USB drives, or printed versions of our files to our mailing address:

As a digital-only storefront, physical merchandise sent to this facility will be refused or destroyed, and no refund will be issued.
